Weekly House Checks
Inspection of the interior and exterior of the property for security, damage and properly operating systems. Extensive checklist is computerized and leaves no room for doubt that your home is cared for. Our list is customized from a master of over 265 items, including humidity, temperature, utility readings, snow load, and water systems status to name a few. Updates and photos are e-mailed directly to you in a comprehensive customized report. We maintain meticulous records of your property and the maintenance that we provide. All service are detailed on your monthly statement.

Winterization of Property
A complete winterization includes pressurizing water lines with air, shutting off and draining the water heater, draining the well pressure tank, closing and insulating all crawl space vents, locking all windows and doors, closing all blinds and curtains, winterizing water softeners, placing antifreeze in all drains, toilets, washing machine and dishwasher. We put away the deck furniture and secure all other vehicles and recreational equipment.

Additional Services
Repairs, snow removal, cleaning, pest control, painting, power washing, airport shuttle services and yard care. Additional services require authorization by the home owner who may request estimates or bids prior to service.

All Inclusive Billing for Services Monthly
Call us for pricing on weekly house checks. Repairs are billed hourly, and all other services will be billed according to the service provided.
