Then last year we had a problem with children and some hornets. I called Ry late that afternoon after the children had been stung. Early the next morning, while we drank our coffee, a pest control guy showed up to trace the hornets.
Now that Valley Maintenance is handling a number of homes, the company has instituted a program to do specialized work of similar type at the same time to reduce cost to the home owners -windows, for example -I was called this spring to see if I wanted to be put on the list for that service.
Additionally, for a period of time, I owned three rentals on the water. Ry was the maintenance and handyman for those buildings as well. He was available not only during the regular work week, but late at night and on weekends for the people who were renting the properties for the week or month, thus insuring that I satisfied my summer renters, and did not lose money on the properties.

Every year since 2003, Ry Keller has been maintaining my house in Bigfork for the eight or nine months that I am in Illinois. When I leave Montana in early September, he winterizes the house for me and then makes monthly visits to check on my house and the property. Just before I come up in mid-May, he de-winterizes and prepares for my return, making sure that there are no leaks and that I will find my house just as I left it.
His attention to detail, and treating my house as I would want it treated, has been most satisfactory. After each monthly visit, he emails me with anything that has happened (i.e., downed trees, cracks that have mysteriously appeared) or, happily, to report that everything looks great.
